Education & certifications

Academic Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar areas;

The role

What you'll do

Plan and execute calibrations of measuring instruments and testing systems;
Define and maintain calibration and periodic verification plans;
Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards;
Analyze certificates and evaluate measurement uncertainties;
Investigate deviations, instrument drift, and measurement failures;
Develop calibration procedures and instructions;
Support internal and external audits related to metrology;
Manage suppliers and external calibration laboratories;
Validate new sensors, equipment, and data acquisition systems;
Support development, laboratory, and quality teams in the interpretation of test results.

What differentiates you

Use of calibration software and knowledge of automation and control;
Knowledge of temperature, pressure, gas and water flow calibration, among others;
High analytical capacity, critical thinking, and methodical resolution of complex problems with strong attention to detail;
Excellent organization and prioritization of tasks, with clear technical communication and effective integration into multidisciplinary teams.
