- Ensure the store replenishment process, from goods reception to shelf restocking;

- Ensure the fulfillment of tasks defined in the Daily Activity Management, coordinating the replenishment teams and ensuring the organization and functioning of the warehouses;

- Collect, deliver, and place signage, resolve incidents/problems and unforeseen absences, as well as organize the warehouse;

- Directs and guides the team, being responsible for verifying if employees know the replenishment standard.

- Supports the Fresh Zone Supply Chain Supervisor in other tasks.

Ensures the store replenishment process, from goods reception to shelf restocking. Ensures the fulfillment of tasks defined in the Daily Activity Management (DAM), coordinating the replenishment teams and ensuring the organization and functioning of the warehouses. Is responsible for the Gatehouse team, ensuring compliance with the Gatehouse Manual, and works in direct connection with the Fresh Zone Supply Chain Supervisor. Is responsible for replenishment and warehouse organization: ensures pallets for replenishment in all aisles, as well as replenishment support materials; Moves goods from the receiving bays to the store to ensure the replenishment of the day's goods; Collects, delivers, and ensures the placement of signage (of all labels to be changed during the day, according to defined procedures); Resolves incidents/problems and unforeseen absences; Ensures the maintenance of campaigns and endcaps, according to what is defined in the DAM by the RMs. Verifies if employees know the replenishment standard and daily ensures that each employee knows the tasks to be performed. Transmits relevant information about employees to the RMs. Attends and participates in morning meetings and bi-weekly follow-up meetings. Ensures the collection of D+1 and D+N and ensures out-of-stock handling procedures. At the gatehouse, regularly analyzes the Reception Diary. Ensures compliance with the safety manual, gatehouse manual, and the P.F. Service Certification manual when applicable. Supports and coordinates their work team. Participates in the recruitment of new employees, in the preparation of schedules, in training, in work organization (control and supervision of the work developed by employees), in team meetings, in performance evaluations, and in the daily monitoring of employees, transmitting a sense of responsibility and exemplary compliance with current practices and procedures. Direct, guide, and motivate the team under their responsibility, ensuring their integration into the Auchan Group and promoting the development of their skills in order to increase their autonomy. Fulfills other responsibilities that may be clearly identified and are necessary for the pursuit of the Organization's objectives.
