The role
We are looking for a Food Production Manager to ensure the coordination of a food production operation with different specialties, including pastry, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and full meals.
This is a role integrated into a multi-concept, dynamic operation with high operational and commercial demands.
This role will have a central role in the planning and supervision of production, in the organization of teams and processes, and in guaranteeing quality, consistency, and
operational efficiency. It will also include responsibility for the preparation and updating of menus and recipes for full meals and dishes of the day, as well
as for the definition of technical sheets, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
What you'll do
- Coordinate food production across the different branches of the operation.
- Plan and supervise daily production, ensuring quality, consistency, and productivity.
- Prepare and update menus and recipes for full meals and dishes of the day.
- Define technical sheets, weights, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
- Monitor kitchen execution and guarantee the final quality of the products produced.
- Promote waste control, productive efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Lead, support, and develop production teams.
