Fishmonger Manager (m/f) - Almancil (Loulé)

o Previous experience in the same area/section (mandatory);

o Minimum educational qualifications at the 9th Grade level;

o Good knowledge of English;

o Good knowledge of HACCP;

o Knowledge of waste, stock, and margin management;

o Knowledge of MS Office

o Availability for full-time hours, in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday.

The Function:

The Fish Section Manager will have the mission of managing and driving their section in terms of customer satisfaction, staff, sales, stocks, and service standards.
