Performance Marketing Manager

• Higher education in Marketing or a similar field;

• 3 or more years of experience in Performance/Paid Media;

• Proven experience in team leadership;

• Experience in B2C campaigns oriented towards lead generation;

• Mastery of Meta Ads and Google Ads;

• Experience in budget management;

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools;

• Analytical capacity, autonomy, leadership, and results orientation.

Google/Meta certification and experience in environments with a strong commercial orientation will be valued.

At Agilidade, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our Performance team and take charge of the acquisition and lead generation strategy for our brands.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in Paid Media and B2C lead generation, mastery of Meta Ads and Google Ads, and experience in team leadership.

Lead the Performance Marketing strategy, ensuring the generation of qualified leads and the continuous optimization of results.

You will have autonomy in managing the area and the investment, monitoring the operation and guiding the team, without losing the technical component.

⏰ Full-time | 9am to 6pm

• Define and monitor the Performance and B2C lead generation strategy;

• Lead and develop the team;

• Coordinate Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns;

• Manage and optimize Paid Media budgets;

• Monitor indicators such as leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and sales;

• Identify opportunities and implement improvement actions;

• Work in coordination with other areas to improve lead quality and commercial results;

• Report results and key indicators to General Management.
