Performance Manager

• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance.

• Mastery of paid media / PPC channels, namely: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, among others.

• Strong mastery of analysis, tracking, and configuration tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.

• Solid experience in data analysis, contextualization of results, and reporting, including tools such as Looker Studio.

• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO, with the ability to integrate them into performance strategies.

• Genuine interest and practical knowledge regarding emerging Artificial Intelligence trends and their application in digital strategies.

• Experience in defining strategic performance plans, including forecast, objectives, and success metrics.

• High capacity for organization, autonomy, proactivity, and resilience.

• Strong team spirit and capacity for multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Analytical, critical profile oriented toward strategy and results.

• Fluency in English (oral and written) - mandatory requirement.

• Experience in Business Intelligence and advanced data analysis, namely in Power BI.

• Previous experience in communication agencies, with direct contact with multiple brands and business contexts.

• Participation in e-commerce projects, including performance strategies oriented toward sales, ROAS, and sustained growth.

• Experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, promoting alignment, autonomy, and continuous evolution.

• Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €30,000, adjusted to your experience;

• Meal allowance on an Edenred card.

your challenge 

• Development, management, and optimization of performance campaigns, with responsibility for defining digital strategies aligned with the brands' business objectives.

• Definition of the performance strategy as a lever for business growth, translating brand objectives into full-funnel plans, with ownership over goals, forecast, and KPIs.

• Critical analysis and contextualization of data to generate actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

• Playing a consultative role with clients, acting as a strategic partner who questions assumptions, recommends paths, and defends decisions based on data and business vision. 

• Integrating AI into the performance workflow: data analysis, insight generation, automation of repetitive tasks, support for campaign optimization, and strategic decision-making.
