⏰ Full-time | 10am to 7pm
💻 Hybrid regime

You will contact potential clients who have already demonstrated interest in our products, understand their needs, and transform opportunities into sales. Your challenge will be to understand the need, present the right solution, and convert opportunities into sales.

• Present and market insurance solutions suitable to the needs of clients;

• Identify business opportunities and acquire new clients;

• Manage and follow up on a client portfolio;

• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate conditions;

• Ensure close and personalized follow-up, promoting loyalty;

• Contribute to the fulfillment of the team's commercial objectives.

• Adequate training for the distribution of insurance, recognized by the ASF, under the applicable legal terms (preferred requirement);

• Commercial experience in the insurance sector (preferred);

• Good communication, negotiation, and argumentation skills;

• Strong orientation towards objectives and results;

• Team spirit, dynamism, and proactivity;

• Knowledge of IT tools and commercial management platforms.
