The role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and deliver targeted campaigns that engage enterprise decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.
This role combines account-based marketing, events, content and partner campaigns. You will help identify the organisations and stakeholders that matter most, then build coordinated programmes that support them throughout a complex buying journey.
Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, creative teams and the founders, you will take ownership of campaigns from planning and delivery through to performance analysis.
What you'll do

Work with Sales to prioritise accounts, map key stakeholders and create coordinated outreach and follow-up plans.
Deliver events that connect the business with senior decision-makers, including roundtables, executive dinners, webinars and industry conferences.
Create integrated campaigns using content, paid media, outbound activity, partnerships and direct mail.
Build content initiatives that strengthen market awareness, deepen account engagement and support sales conversations.
Manage campaign delivery across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
Measure results through account engagement, qualified meetings, opportunity creation and pipeline progression.
Use campaign insights and sales feedback to refine targeting, messaging and channel choices.
What's on offer
Competitive salary, stock options and healthcare.
The opportunity to help build a growth marketing function from an early stage.
Ownership of programmes spanning ABM, events, content and partnerships.
Direct collaboration with the founders and commercial leadership.
A focus on meaningful engagement with target accounts and measurable pipeline contribution.
High visibility and the opportunity to influence how the business grows.
An office-first working environment in Lisbon.
