The role

What you'll do

  • Coordinate, supervise, and actively participate in civil maintenance teams in industrial environments and buildings, from Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with days off on Mondays and Sundays;
  • Plan and distribute daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks;
  • Guarantee and execute civil construction, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing work;
  • Supervise and perform repairs on structures, floors, roofs, and water/sewage networks;
  • Ensure the maintenance of facades, walls, ceilings, and general infrastructure;
  • Manage stocks of materials and tools;
  • Guarantee compliance with safety standards and internal procedures;
  • Prepare activity reports and maintenance records;
  • Evaluate budgets and manage external suppliers;
  • Identify maintenance needs and propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory schooling;
  • Proven experience in similar roles;
  • Technical knowledge of civil construction;
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Basic computer skills from a user perspective.
