The role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to join our team in Paço de Arcos and support the commercial and administrative activities of the area.
What you'll do
- Support the preparation of simple commercial proposals;
- Establish contact with subcontractors;
- Prepare commercial action records;
- Support the preparation and management of contracts;
- Provide support to Sales Managers in administrative tasks;
- Ensure backup for public procurement platforms;
- Support other administrative and commercial tasks inherent to the role;
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and to the quality of service provided to customers.
Qualifications
