The role
Help in the execution of the section's service, following the guidance of managers and the most experienced team members, namely, the 1st Cooks, contributing to the service at the station assigned to them and, globally, ensuring that daily and weekly service objectives are met.
What you'll do
Participate in meal preparation and kitchen procedures - Participate in meal preparation at the unit. - Gather and prepare the finishing equipment for service. - Help with the finishing service and catering for events or for à la carte service. - Help in the reception and prior verification of the quality and quantity of requested raw materials. - Help in the cleaning, sanitization, and storage of the kitchen/pastry section and, at the end of the shift, of freezers, refrigerators, etc., as well as, may help in the daily HACCP control.
