Production Specialist Technician - Full Time (M/F/X)

• Professional technical training in areas such as Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar (level IV or V).

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial production environment, automotive sector.

• Solid knowledge in industrial automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and reading electrical and mechanical diagrams.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems autonomously and efficiently.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and proactivity.

• Computer skills from a user perspective (MS Office).

• Schedule: Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:30, 16:30 - 01:00, or 01:00 - 08:00)

• Estimated Total Monthly Gross Income: €1,365 to €1,450 Gross/month (according to demonstrated experience and includes a 50% night shift premium during the period from 20:00 to 08:00).

• Ensure the operation and control of production machines and equipment, guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Perform diagnosis and resolution of small and medium complexity faults, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans on production line equipment.

• Actively participate in the optimization of production processes, suggesting and implementing continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Carry out the recording of production and maintenance data, preparing daily reports on performance and any incidents.

• Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality teams in analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all production operations.
