The role
TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis is a company of the Grupo Teixeira Duarte, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, which operates in the area of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Developments, Technical and Industrial Installations with a strong national and international presence, and intends to integrate into its teams:
Required Profile
- 12th grade of schooling in a professional education stream (preferably);
- Knowledge of HVAC and Electricity;
- Basic knowledge of water and sewage;
- Basic knowledge of Locksmithing, Civil Construction, and Water and Sewage;
- Solid experience in installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of buildings;
- Experience in installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment;
- English Level B2 (preferred);
- Sense of responsibility and personal organization;
- Team spirit.
