Requirements
What we're looking for
- 12th grade or Higher Education;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management (Hard Services);
- Experience in operational control and supervision, with monitoring of performance indicators and preparation of reports;
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
- Intermediate user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Experience using maintenance management tools;
- Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary environment;
- Empathy, organization, good negotiation and communication skills.
