What we're looking for
- University education and/or professional experience proven and recognized by TAP as relevant to the practice of the profession;
- Knowledge and/or experience in Auditing;
- Computer skills from a user perspective;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Nice to have
- University education in the areas of Law, Auditing, Economics, Management, and IT;
- Quality Auditor course or CIA;
- Prospective, pedagogical, participatory, and evolutionary capacity in order to add value to the Air Operator.
- Capacity to interpret various internal and external sources independently and ensure the effectiveness and transparency of the processes applicable to the TAP Operator;
- Capacity to evaluate risk management, Compliance, internal control, and governance processes;
- Capacity to develop an independent, objective, and advisory/consultancy activity, thus contributing to the better functioning of the Organization.

The role
Auditor for the Internal Audit Directorate

What you'll do
- Carry out the actions defined in the Annual Audit Plan;
- Document audit work, in accordance with what is established in the IA Procedures Manual;
- Share recommendations and deviations whenever identified with the coordinating auditor (if any), with the auditees and area directors);
- Actively participate in periodic meetings, presenting suggestions regarding the work and proposing recommendations;
- Respect the calendars and deadlines defined for the execution of various audit tasks;
- Participate in the preparation of the final report to be presented to area directors and C-Level;
- Plan the use of technical and human resources for the actions to be carried out;
- Ensure that the audit work covers the main risks of the audited area, suggesting changes whenever necessary;
- Collaborate with other directorates in cross-functional studies and analyses that may contribute to the continuous improvement of the TAP Group.
- Collaborate in the review process of internal manuals and procedures.
- Guarantee and ensure compliance and effectiveness of the processes, procedures, and Compliance of the TAP Group.
- Conduct follow-ups of audits to ensure the correct implementation of recommendations and their effectiveness.
- Monitor audits of external entities and ensure the correct pursuit of compliance results, or certifications, if applicable.
