Context

• Responsible for the production of projects and all associated documentation (detail drawings, layouts and finish maps, reports, schedules, and calculations).
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and coordinate support teams if necessary.
• Work with internal teams of architects and technicians, as well as other engineering disciplines and architectural partners, ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.
• Manage the contributions and interfaces of partners, subcontractors, and external consultants.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, including feasibility studies, preliminary design development, executive design, and site supervision.
• Support resource management to ensure effective project delivery, in compliance with current engineering and safety standards.
• Analyze public and private tender opportunities, collaborating on the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, planning, and multidisciplinary integration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture
• Excellent understanding of the creative design process in all project phases.
• Detailed knowledge of BIM principles and proven experience in Autodesk Revit (advanced or certified level). Familiarity with CAD modeling and compliance with applicable standards, adopting industry-specific protocols.
• Proven experience in building executive design projects (detail architecture, multidisciplinary interfaces).
• Excellent report writing and case study skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Solid knowledge of design and construction principles and standards.
• Ability for a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Proven experience in the production of project documentation for complex developments.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish and/or French will be valued
