You will provide support for product purchasing and replenishment to ensure that orders reach suppliers on time and thus guarantee that merchandise is correctly distributed across stores.

• Seek the optimization of the product's commercial space within stores with the mix of brands and references, according to the positioning of the market and its customers.
• Collaborate in performing seasonal result analyses regarding sales turnover, average stocks, margins, shortages, and best sellers, and apply what has been learned to future purchases.
• Provide support to the Purchasing Pool and Import team, acting as the link with SportZone suppliers, clarifying any information necessary for the correct processing of orders.
• Actively monitor sales and incoming merchandise.

In 1997, we inaugurated the first Sport Zone store in Portugal, with the Sonae group as promoter, and following a growth strategy, in 2008, we began the internationalization process, opening our first store in Madrid and, in 2014, the first franchised store in Ceuta.
In January 2018, Sport Zone, together with two other sports retail brands - JD and Sprinter - formed the Iberian Sports Retail Group (ISRG), the largest retailer in the Iberian Peninsula in the sports sector, with a network of more than 400 stores, 5 online stores, and a team of more than 10,500 employees.
In October 2023, the Iberian Sports Retail Group was acquired by the British group JD Group. Currently, the ISRG group is composed of the brands Sprinter, Sport Zone, and Deporvillage, operating in Portugal and Spain.
