The role

As an Assistant Manager for the Sport Zone Sines store, you will be responsible for managing the store team, focusing on increasing sales and maximizing store profitability by providing excellent service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store's KPIs, complying with company procedures and policies, and representing Sport Zone in the most professional manner.

What you'll do

Your day-to-day:
Customer Experience:
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Manage and present the best solutions for problems and complaints presented by customers
- Ensure the team presents themselves according to company policies
- Manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team to ensure the customer service guidelines and procedures set by the company are met.

Sales:
-Analyze reports and statements to support decision-making with the aim of increasing sales or correcting deviations, in order to ensure objectives are met.
-Ensure control of store records for KPI analysis (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT), applying them to the store's operation
-Manage store resources, seeking their greatest efficiency and adapting them to the store's needs.

Visual Merchandising:
-You will use it to attract, engage, and motivate customers to shop in the store through the latest visual techniques.
-You will help maintain company standards in the store
-Ensure that all new releases and promotional products are visible in the corresponding locations.
-You will keep stock clean and organized at all times

Training & Development:
-Motivate the personal and professional development of the team
-Help with the onboarding and training of new team members
-Assist in the development of current team members, ensuring they complete all relevant courses.

Human Resources:
-Competency-based selection of profiles to join the store
-Ensure correct compliance with human resources policy and the collective agreement
-Carry out the correct compliance, in-store, of the entire framework of action regarding professional risk prevention.

Profit Protection:
-Comply with and supervise compliance with the department standard
