• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion sector.

• Professional training or equivalent experience in areas related to customer service and sales.

• Broad knowledge of company policies, products, and/or services.

• Experience in processing online orders and managing inventory systems.

• Training in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization.

• Sell clothing, accessories, leather goods, and related services such as styling and personal shopping.

• Interact with customers and support sales staff to maximize revenue generation and enhance the customer experience.

• Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a thorough knowledge of company policies.

• Perform store-level support functions, including stocking, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cash register duties, and loss prevention services.

• Help with online orders when a product is not available in the store.
