We are looking for a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT for our new note! store in SETÚBAL (Galeria Continente Modelo) and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

If you have...
- Strong sales orientation and a true customer focus: Our priority is always the customer. We look for candidates who have sales skills, but who can also listen to and understand customer needs.
- Experience in specialized retail or commercial areas (preferred): We believe that experience in retail environments, especially in stationery stores or shops selling school and office products, is a significant advantage. This experience allows you to better understand sales dynamics, customer expectations, and the day-to-day challenges in a store.
- Focus on objectives: Our store's success depends on the team's performance. We look for people with a results-oriented mindset, who feel motivated to exceed sales targets and who see meeting objectives as a way to contribute to collective success.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team: The ability to communicate effectively is fundamental, both in customer service and in interaction with colleagues. We value an environment where collaboration and respect are the norm. We want you to feel comfortable sharing ideas and suggestions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Availability for rotating shifts: Our business is dynamic, and customer flow can vary. Therefore, we need people who are flexible and can adapt to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- At least a 12th-grade education: We believe that academic training ensures that candidates possess a solid foundation of knowledge that facilitates communication and the understanding of the products we sell.
- Passion for pens, pencils, notebooks, books, games, and the entire note! universe: Passion for what we do is contagious. We look for people with a taste for selling products, but who are also interested in them and understand what makes them special. If you have a true affinity for stationery and creative products, you will be able to convey that passion to our customers.
