Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that offer a high-level service experience, satisfying and building customer loyalty.
Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, keeping the coffee shop in accordance with regulations.
Indicator Analysis: Monitor and interpret coffee shop performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement strategies that drive business results.
