What you'll do
- Operational management of the team;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Planning and stock management;
- Ensuring HACCP verification and records;
- Anticipation and resolution of potential conflicts;
- Compliance with product and service standards;
- Compliance with qualitative and business objectives.
