As a Shift Supervisor, your main mission will be:
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Boutique in order to secure the performance of sales and the level of Customer Service.
Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador in the Boutique;
Welcome, advise and guide our Customers about our campaigns and products, in accordance with Nespresso's quality standards;
Manage and motivate the team and ensure the training and support of Boutique Coffee Specialists,
Act in accordance with Nespresso's Quality, Food Safety and SHE systems, complying with the legal, internal and normative requirements applicable to Nestlé Portugal SA, Nespresso.

Monitor and promote the Boutique's level of service in accordance with Nespresso's requirements, continuously assessing the quality of the service and providing ongoing feedback to the Coffee Specialists;
Follow up on KPI analysis;
Anticipate the needs of each area of activity and ensure permanently adequate stock levels, place orders, check deliveries;
Contribute to the maintenance of the Boutique's visual appearance in accordance with company policy;
Advise Customers and potential Customers on Nespresso products and services.
What will make you successful
Secondary education qualifications (minimum);
3-4 years of professional experience in customer service and direct sales of products and services to the public (preferred);
Specialized training in customer relations and sales (preferred);
Experience in handling Customer complaints;
Experience in team coordination;
Conversational knowledge of English;
Computer skills.
