What we're looking for

Higher education in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Transport, or a similar field;
Experience or interest in the areas of Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain and knowledge of logistics operations and processes;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and improvement opportunity identification skills;
Good communication, interpersonal relationship, and collaboration skills with different stakeholders;
High sense of organization, rigor, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to change;
Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.

The role

We are looking for a Process Analyst Transports to join our Transport Directorate, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are counting on you to...

Support the implementation of the new transport management system (TMS) within the scope of Project TOP;
Participate in the survey and analysis of operational processes and functional requirements, supporting the parameterization of the solution and the validation of operational flows;
Prepare, execute, and document functional and user acceptance tests, as well as support data migration and validation;
Identify and monitor incidents, improvement opportunities, and optimization actions for transport processes;
Develop support documentation, train users, and support teams after going into production;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, risks, and results.
