• Prepare and cut meat: cutting and preparation of different types of meat, respecting the characteristics of each piece and ensuring its yield.
• Serve and advise customers: help in choosing the most suitable products and cuts, sharing suggestions for preparation and preservation.
• Take care of the counter presentation: ensure the display, replenishment, identification, and packaging of products.
• Guarantee food quality and safety: comply with hygiene, preservation, and traceability rules, ensuring the control of temperatures and expiration dates.
