What you'll do

We are counting on you to...

Support the management and development of Well's private label categories and brands;
Participate in product development projects, following all phases of the process;
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition;
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within categories;
Monitor business indicators and analyze the commercial performance of products;
Follow the implementation and presence of products in-store;
Support merchandising initiatives and product communication across different channels;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Marketing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners;
Provide support to national and international sourcing and procurement processes;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of categories, promoting innovative and customer-oriented solutions.
