💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary: €30,000 - €42,000.
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

The role

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst - Retail & Point of Sales in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Digital Transformation industry in Portugal?

What you'll do

👉 Your missions?

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases.
• Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment.
• Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams.

Requirements

What we're looking for

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
• Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

Nice to have

Nice to have:
• Previous experience with Retail/POS solutions, configuration guidelines or business transformation projects would be a plus.
