We are counting on you to...

• Management and coordination of sections and the operational team;
• Competence in Leadership and Team Management: To ensure an efficient daily operation, we need someone who does not just distribute tasks, but who inspires the team, ensures alignment with objectives, and resolves problems with speed and flexibility. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is essential for success.
• Organization and Planning: You will be responsible for defining priorities and ensuring that resources and time are used effectively, promoting organized and functional sections.
• Ensure the excellent functioning of the sections and quality of service
• Orientation towards Quality: Strong attention to detail and rigorous implementation of procedures is crucial. This includes everything from compliance with food hygiene and safety standards to guaranteeing quality in the service provided.
• Process Management: Contribute to the improvement of processes, optimizing the workflow of the sections and ensuring that all products and services meet excellence standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Customer Orientation: We seek someone with a strong focus on the customer, capable of understanding and anticipating their needs, responding proactively and personally. The competence to deal with different customer profiles and build a relationship of trust is indispensable.
• Effective Communication: It is important to know how to communicate clearly and empathetically, facilitating a positive shopping experience and conveying confidence to customers.
• Analysis of indicators (Sales, Shrinkage, and Stocks)
• Analysis and Management of Performance Indicators: You will have to analyze and interpret sales, stock, and shrinkage data to make informed decisions that promote the success of the sections and the store. Competence in data analysis is essential to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Results Orientation: We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, who focuses on objectives and goals, adjusting strategies to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the sections.
