Payroll Technician (m/f/d) - Ovar

We aim to reinforce our Corporate Center in Ovar with a Payroll Technician:

Role:

• Analysis of timesheets and control of hours worked and overtime;
• Management of absenteeism and verification of absence justifications and vacation control;
• Calculation of meal allowances and proportional allowances;
• Pre-processing of salaries in SAP;
• Sending payslips to workers;
• Closing of accounts;
• Administrative processing of admissions, terminations, and contractual changes;
• Management of legally required obligations (e.g., Social Security and Single Report);
• Administrative management of garnishments;
• Participation in and monitoring of workplace accident processes.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• 2 years of experience in invoicing and payroll processing roles;
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation;
• Critical thinking and analytical capacity;
• Good IT knowledge from a user perspective;
• Valid driver's license (mandatory);
• Immediate availability (preferred).
