We intend to reinforce our Corporate Center in Ovar with a Customer Support Technician:
What you'll do
Role:
- Responsible for monitoring and managing customer orders;
- Providing customer service;
- Managing the flow of logistical processes and customer satisfaction levels;
- Ensuring that all processes are executed within the defined deadlines;
- Supporting the resolution of complaints and complex situations;
- Forwarding orders to other areas or departments whenever necessary, ensuring proper follow-up;
- Performing follow-up with customers, whenever applicable, to ensure that their issues have been fully resolved;
- Suggesting improvements based on customer feedback, contributing to the continuous optimization of processes;
- Supporting other administrative tasks related to customer service.
Profile
- 12th Grade or Higher Education (preferred);
- Professional experience not exceeding 2 years;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Proficiency in the English language (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of Spanish (preferred);
- Solid knowledge of Excel;
- Good organizational capacity and focus;
- Team spirit and cooperation.
