ERP Primavera / MS Dynamics Navision Specialist

• Between 3 to 7 years of experience in Cegid Primavera/ERP Primavera and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation, parameterization, support, and operation.
• Knowledge of financial/accounting, treasury, purchasing, sales, inventory/logistics, fixed assets, projects/services, human resources/payroll, and reporting modules.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, workshops with business/IT, testing, documentation, training, and go-live support.
• Technical knowledge valued in SQL Server, integrations via API/OData/SOAP/connectors, data migration, automation/reporting, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in NAV upgrades to Business Central, Business Central extensions, AL/C/AL/C/SIDE, RDLC/Word layouts, tax/legal processes in Portugal, or application operation will be valued.
• Ability for autonomy and customer orientation;
• Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and coordinate functional/technical teams.
• Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written (mandatory);
• Customer and results orientation;
• Good communication, interpersonal relationship, and teamwork skills;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar areas.
• Complementary training in ERP, project management, process analysis, taxation/accounting, or systems integration, such as certifications in Cegid Primavera, Business Central, Power Platform, Azure, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or project management;

• Lead or co-lead implementation, evolution, and operation projects for ERP Primavera and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions.
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, fit-gap, and design of functional and technical solutions aligned with business processes.
• Parameterize ERP modules, coordinate developments, integrations, migrations, reporting, and upgrades, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation, test plans, and training materials; support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Manage backlog, incidents, service requests, and improvements in an AMS/operate context, also supporting proposals, estimates, demos, and Deloitte accelerators.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology areas in enterprise environments, namely banking and insurance.
