What is it like to be a Warranty Technician?

- Coordinate and supervise the management of warranty processes, ensuring compliance with brand policies and optimization of performance indicators.

- Act as the main interlocutor between the brand and the dealer, ensuring technical and procedural alignment, as well as the correct implementation of warranty procedures.
