- Knowledge of multimedia systems, connectivity, and driving assistants hybrid and electric mobility

- Ease in using digital tools, tablets, and mobile applications

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong orientation towards customer experience and satisfaction

- Proactivity, dynamism, and team spirit

- Good organizational skills

- Knowledge of English (preferred)

- Availability for events, vehicle launches, and commercial actions.

What is it like to be a Product Genius?

- You are the product specialist at the dealership, responsible for presenting and demonstrating the features, technology, and functionalities of the vehicles to customers, ensuring a differentiating product experience

- You explain all technological solutions, safety systems, connectivity, and engine options in a clear and engaging way, supporting the sales team in the sales process

- You accompany the customer during the vehicle delivery, ensuring that they understand all the vehicle's functionalities and make the most of the available technology

- You stay up to date with knowledge about new models, technologies, and equipment, supporting demonstration actions, events, and product launches at the dealership

- You are the product ambassador, responsible for transforming the technology and innovation of the vehicles into a clear, simple, and memorable experience for the customer
