What is it like to be a Senior Java Developer?

- Design, implement, and maintain information systems using the JAVA programming language (or similar) and the related frameworks and standards in use at the Salvador Caetano Group

- Mentor junior members in the team you are integrated into, performing code reviews, deployments, and other actions that allow for the growth of the team

- Collaborate in the planning and development actions of solutions, ensuring the quality of the delivery of solutions within the agreed timings

- Interact with other team members and stakeholders to communicate the evolution of the projects you are involved in, as well as risks and opportunities

- Promote excellent performance within the teams you are involved in

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Informatics or Engineering

- Clear and assertive communication, verbal and written

- Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills

- Experience in the following programming languages and frameworks: JAVA; QUARKUS; Spring; JPA Hibernate

- Basic notions of deploying solutions in AWS

- Deep knowledge of SQL and DBMS Db2, MySql, and SQL Server

- Analytical and synthesis capacity

- Critical capacity

- Problem-solving capacity (Cause / Effect)

- Leadership capacity

- Experience in Agile projects

- Use of Atlassian tools (preferred)
