What is it like to be an After-sales Administrator?

- Communication and collaboration with customers (satisfaction feedback and product/service quality)

- Handling documentation related to vehicles (registration, licenses, insurance, among others)

- Preparing invoices for services, parts, or vehicles

- Organizing meetings, events, and coordinating schedules for the team

- Coordinating warranty processes and dealing with product returns

- Translating manufacturer documentation (service manuals, intervention procedures, among others)
