Randstad is recruiting a CNC Lathe Technician to join a constantly growing company in the precision machining sector.

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Prepare, set up, and operate CNC lathes according to technical specifications;
  
  
  • Execute machining operations for the manufacture of high-precision components;
  
  
  • Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing plans;
  
  
  • Perform measurements and dimensional control of produced parts;
  
  
  • Carry out small corrections and adjustments during the manufacturing process;
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements;
  
  
  • Collaborate actively in the continuous improvement of production processes.
