CNC Operator

• Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level (mandatory);

• Consolidated professional experience in CNC lathes (Preferred);

• Knowledge of CNC lathes and milling machines;

• Knowledge of ISO language and technical drawing;

• Knowledge of CAM programming (preferred);

• Knowledge of metrology;

• Ease in working with prototyping;

• Ease in dealing with an environment of constant innovation and change;

• Problem-solving ability, team spirit, and proactivity.

As a CNC Operator, you will operate and set up CNC equipment, ensuring the execution of machining operations with high standards of quality, precision, and efficiency. You will play a fundamental role in the production of components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contributing to the optimization of production processes.

• Operate CNC milling machines and lathes, ensuring the correct execution of machining operations.

• Set up equipment and workstations according to manufacturing orders and technical documentation.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure the conformity of the produced parts.

• Perform dimensional control of parts using measuring and metrology instruments.

• Support prototyping activities and the manufacturing of new components.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, promoting gains in efficiency and quality.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and good manufacturing practices.
