The role

Randstad is recruiting a Junior Product Specialist/Junior Functional Analyst for direct integration with a client in Lisbon.

What you'll do

  • key responsibilities

    • Support clients and the software engineering team in the development and evolution of application solutions, with a special focus on Portuguese Municipalities;
    • Gather requirements from clients and support the parameterization of applications according to their needs;
    • Support clients in the use of applications, ensuring good follow-up and resolution of queries;
    • Collaborate in the presentation of solutions to potential clients;
    • Prepare and review manuals and technical documentation associated with the products;
    • Support the execution of application testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, functional specifications, and the usability of the solutions.
