The role
In partnership with a leading company in Portugal, we are recruiting for the position of Employee & Labor Relations Specialist or Manager.
What you'll do
responsabilidades chave
Lead and manage Employee & Labor Relations policies, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor law and global standards;
Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to HR, Legal, and business stakeholders;
Drive end-to-end disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance;
Manage relationships with unions and employee representative bodies, including negotiations and ongoing engagement;
Conduct investigations (including Business Ethics Line cases) and support audits and compliance initiatives;
Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with evolving legislation and business needs, leveraging tools such as Workday and SharePoint for case management and reporting.
