- + 5 years of practical experience in SAP O2C / SAP SD.
- Knowledge of SAP AFS is an advantage.
- Experience working in complex and international SAP environments.
- SAP certifications in SD or S/4HANA are an advantage.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Fluent level in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in agile environments.

The role

Randstad Digital is recruiting a Senior SAP O2C Consultant for direct integration into a multinational in the industrial sector, in Aveiro.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Act as a senior specialist in SAP O2C within the organization.
- Ensure stable and efficient O2C processes in SAP AFS during the migration to S/4HANA.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices within the O2C scope.
- Support global and local initiatives, rollouts, and improvements in SAP.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain teams, and external partners.
- Analyze, design, configure, and test SAP O2C processes (with a focus on SAP SD).
- Support and optimize processes for: order management; pricing and discounts; deliveries and shipping; invoicing and intercompany operations; credit management and returns
- Participate in SAP implementations, updates, and rollouts.
- Lead or support workshops with business users.
- Coordinate developments and integrations with technical teams.
- Provide 3rd-level support and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Approve O2C functional solution designs and validate and approve changes and improvements, in accordance with SAP standards.
