The role

We are recruiting shop assistants to join the opening project of a new boutique for a prestigious brand in the coffee sector, located in Portimão. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about customer service and sales, who seek to represent an excellent product and guarantee a unique experience for every customer.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Greet customers in a personalized manner and identify their needs.
- Advise on the range of coffees, machines, and accessories, maximizing the sale of all products available in the boutique.
- Introduce customers to coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity regarding the products.
- Perform the initial analysis of machine faults and guide customers as effectively as possible toward technical assistance.
- Achieve commercial objectives and ensure high standards in the customer experience.
- Ensure cash management, product replenishment, and space organization.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique's appearance in accordance with company standards.
