- Mandatory Experience (Mandatory): Proven experience in consultative sales roles, customer service, or advisory in a store context.
- Education: Completed 12th grade of schooling.
- Passion for the Sector: Genuine interest and a desire for continuous learning about nutrition, well-being, supplementation, or natural cosmetics.
- Mobility and Availability (Mandatory): Availability for rotating shifts with closings until 12:00 AM and own transport or residence with guaranteed access during these hours.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, active listening, and ease in teamwork.

- Base Salary: €920.00/month.
- Shift Allowance: €184.00/month.
- Meal Allowance: €7.25/worked day.
- Working Hours: Full-Time contract (40 hours/week).
- Schedules: Rotation of shifts between Sunday and Thursday (9am-11pm) and Friday and Saturday (9am-12am), with rotating days off.
- Work Environment: Integration into a collaborative team in a modern and dynamic space.

What you'll do

- Consultative Selling: Personalized service and specialized advice to customers regarding health, nutrition, and well-being products.
- Follow-up and Loyalty: Presenting alternatives clearly, demonstrating technical product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Store Operation: Cash management, sales registration, and support in reservation management.
- Store Logistics: Reception, checking, organization of merchandise, stock replenishment, and rigorous control of expiration dates.
- Space Image: Maintaining a welcoming, clean, organized, and attractive environment for customers.
