Warehouse Assistant & Backoffice (m/f/x)

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting for a leading client company in the Logistics and Industry sector, for a versatile Warehouse Assistant & Backoffice (m/f/x) role, in Santiago do Cacém. We are looking for a dynamic person, with the desire to learn and grow within a successful team, in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

- Handle emails and product transport guides, proceeding with their control and respective scanning;

- Ensure the control of invoices, their respective registration, and filing;

- Articulation of information and needs with other areas of the company;

- Preparation of information to support area management;

- Ensure information flow between the technical/commercial area and the Contact Center;

- Verify and register movements in the IT system;

- Perform the process of receiving, dispatching, and controlling industrial segment equipment;

- Perform inventories of various stocks;

- Preparation of maps;

- Preparation of parts for technicians and control of the respective orders.

- Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:30;

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, backoffice, or similar roles (valued);

- Base salary of 940€;

- Meal allowance of €10.20 on a meal card;
