• Support administrative management and the handling of documentation;
• Perform invoice processing and issuance;
• Validate and register documentation and information in internal systems;
• Support payment and receipt control;
• Prepare and organize documentation supporting the activity;
• Prepare and update administrative maps and reports;
• Ensure the organization and updating of files and documentation;
• Coordinate with different internal and external teams to clarify administrative issues;
• Support other administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the area.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Work model: 100% on-site

• Professional training, technical course, or relevant professional experience in the administrative area;
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably with contact with invoicing processes;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of management software/ERP will be valued;
• Good organization, attention to detail, and priority management skills;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
