Assurance Support Team

• Collect and process information relating to client acceptance processes, promoting a dynamic and mutually supportive work environment;
• Follow up and monitor the progress of different processes, acting proactively in their resolution, managing pending items directly with the teams and our clients, ensuring an agile and effective response;
• Perform analyses and quality tests on our processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation, always in coordination with colleagues and in support of the teams involved;
• Contribute actively to the evolution and continuous improvement of processes and information quality, working in a team to achieve high standards of excellence;
• Collaborate in various support activities, strengthening teamwork and the relationship with our people and our clients.
