What we're looking for

Training related to Hospitality / Tourism, specialty in gastronomy;

1 year of experience, preferably in Hospitality;

Ability to work in a team;
-
Flexibility, proactivity, and versatility;

Ability to organize and plan;
-
Availability to work in different shifts (working hours) depending on the needs of the Operation.

What you'll do

Prepare different dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef;

Knowledge of HACCP standards;

Preparation of fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes or the menu;

Cook food and prepare menu items in a timely manner;
-
Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly;
-
Ensure adequate hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers;
-
Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary to achieve the objectives of the role
