As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect & Pre-Sales for the Enterprise Optimization area, with a critical role in defining end-to-end solutions, supporting commercial initiatives, and providing cross-functional technical leadership in ServiceNow projects. Your Role: · Act as a cross-functional technical leader in ServiceNow initiatives; · Define and validate end-to-end architectures, aligned with business requirements and best practices; · Lead pre-sales activities; · Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions; · Assume the role of Tech Lead during delivery, ensuring the quality and consistency of implementations; · Define development, integration, security, and governance standards; · Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders; · Support RFP/RFI processes, estimates, and roadmap definition; · Promote innovation and the adoption of new ServiceNow platform capabilities. Your Profile: Higher education in Computer Engineering or a similar area; Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT; Proven experience in architecture, pre-sales, or technical leadership in ServiceNow projects; Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM (CRM) modules (experience in ITOM or HR is valued); Ability to design end-to-end and multi-module solutions; Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, MID Server); Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow (Data Model, Workflows / Flow Designer, Service Catalog); Experience in creating demos and technical storytelling (pre-sales); Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, and DevOps; Good communication and team spirit; Autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking; Excellent knowledge of English (is valued). 🌟 Why choose NTT DATA? 🤝 A collaborative and supportive culture We foster an environment where curiosity, innovation, engagement, and teamwork are celebrated.
