In the Data Partner Network & Resources area, data is the foundation of how we plan, operate, and evolve our network and the technologies that support NOS services. We work daily to transform technical and operational information into clear vision regarding performance, capacity, and service quality.

We are looking for a Data Engineer, focused on building data products within a Data Mesh architecture, creating scalable pipelines, and defining information models and business KPIs that support technical and strategic decisions.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve data products within a Data Mesh architecture, ensuring that each network and technology domain is supported by solid information models;
• Integrate, transform, and make available data from different sources in the Network & Resources domain, ensuring consistency and reliability;
• Build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines, aligned with Data Engineering and DataOps best practices;
• Develop and optimize data models, KPIs, and business metrics that support technical, operational, and strategic decisions;
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and availability of data, contributing to monitoring and continuous improvement processes;
• Monitor and provide operational support (8x5) to existing data products, acting proactively in the identification and resolution of incidents;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (network, technology, business, IT) to understand needs and translate them into clear and actionable data solutions;
• Participate in the evolution of the data platform, promoting best practices in development, automation, testing, versioning, and DataOps.

• Higher academic degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar areas;
• Professional experience of approximately 2 or more years in Data Engineering, Cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform - GCP), and in data integration and transformation projects;
• Experience in Data Mesh, Data Governance, and modern data architectures will be valued;
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, DTB, Cloud Storage and other data services), Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, DTB, Git / GitHub, Terraform, Linux, and CI/CD tools;
• We value know-how in Collibra, Kafka, and MongoDB;
• Strong analytical capacity;
