If you are looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (on-site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. You will also contribute to meeting our customers' expectations regarding operational excellence: high goals in terms of quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators, including verifying order and logistics status
• Examine reported issues within agreed timelines and according to defined quality standards
• Escalate incidents to the client in accordance with agreements (MSA) and the knowledge base (SOW)
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality throughout the journey, with regular updates at various touchpoints
• Ensure compliance with service levels across all channels and achieve optimal productivity, while reducing resolution times for the end customer
