Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in managing critical incidents and problems (vendors and internal clients);
- Experience in request management (tickets);
- Knowledge of ITSM methodologies;
- Availability to perform preventive measures;
- Experience in preparing documentation;
- Good communication skills.
Nice to have
- ITIL 4 Certification: Foundation;
- Good ability to communicate (oral and written) in English and Portuguese.
The role
What you'll do
- Monitoring and rapid response to serious incidents that impact projects and operations in non-production and production environments;
- Effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure agile resolution;
- Documentation and analysis of incidents to prevent recurrences and improve future processes;
- Production of incident reports and execution of the approval cycle.
How you'll work
Work model: 2x per week in the office.
